Nvey Eco’s Organic Eyeshadow

Nvey Eco’s Organic Eyeshadow

Nvey Eco's Organic Eyeshadow in 173 and 166 Swatches, Review, PhotosWho doesn’t love an organic makeup brand that’s products can easily stand up to and possibly out perform the conventional greats? I know I do. I have to be honest and say that at times I’ve lost a teeny bit of faith in the organic beauty realm after trying some products that never really lasted on me but today, brands like Nvey Eco have been helping me keep the faith. I’ve been blown away by the quality of Nvey Eco’s packaging, pigmentation, and longevity so I have easily become a die hard fan.  I reviewed Nvey Eco’s organic powder blush in #956 a couple posts back and bought some of their eyeshadows at the same time so I thought I’d share them with anyone out there who is still looking for natural pressed shadows that actually perform well.
I purchased Nvey Eco’s pressed eyeshadows in #173 and #166 and the eyeshadow in #173 is a deep golden olive color with golden shimmer that is only slightly obvious on the eye and #166 is a powdery blue color with a tiny bit of silver shimmer that is not really evident on the eyelid. Both are very pigmented even without a base but on my eyelids the use of a base (RMS Beauty’s Uncover Up in #44) made the eyeshadows more vibrant and stand out even more. They both offer pretty great color coverage and are very easy to work with since they are not too chalky or stiff but I found that I had to pack on more of the blue shade to get my desired color. Also, I did not experience any fall out with these eyeshadows and they were both pretty long lasting by my standards, lasting at about 7 hours with minor fading and a tiny bit of creasing in my crease area.
Nvey Eco’s eyeshadows come in a small round compact with a mirror and their compacts are easily refillable because you can remove the shadows from the compact to refill them if you like. I had lots of fun with these eyeshadows and I love that they last really long and get very pigmented and on top of that the ingredients are super clean. Nvey eco has done it again!
Have any of you tried Nvey Eco’s eyeshadows? If so, in what shade? What was your experience with them? Let me know in the comment section below!
